Tweaked some more numbers, diarrhea works now (it's useful, it might even be op but ill make the decision to maybe nerf it once i tested it more), new spike sprites, shit now sticks out of the character's ass when it's ready (i am falling on the screenshot because i was too lazy to do a video recording  so i just quickly pressed the screenshot button while the diarrhea is on the screen)
